BY COACH FROM JOHOR BAHRU TO MERSING
Direct bus from Larkin Bus Terminal to Mersing Jetty Ferry Terminal by PlusLiner/MARA Liner/Causeway Link. Traveling times ranges from 2 – 2 ½ hours.

BY COACH FROM KUALA LUMPUR TO MERSING
Direct bus from Kuala Lumpur to Mersing Jetty Ferry Terminal by Sanwa Express/Transnasional/MARALiner. Traveling time ranges is 4 hours 30 minutes. It cost RM40-50 per way.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs)

Policies

• Boatman reserves the right to exchange the snorkelling point to other island with the same value depending on the weather and sea state condition
• Day Tour Package is consider (SIC) Seat-in-Coach basis tours, which means you will share coach and boat with other guests.
• For a private group tour, a minimum 12 passenger is required to confirm the trip, if fail to reach 12 passengers, it still consider Seat in Coach (SIC) tour which must likely open for other group to join the trip.
• All packages are subject to availability. We will confirm the booking within 24 hour
• Any change of date must be notified 72 hours before the activity

Cancellation

Booking must be fully pre-paid

Cancellation must be made 7 days before the activity date to get a full refund

Weather Issues 

• If it’s raining,we will wait for the rain to stop then proceed the trip
• If the rain stop before 12.00PM,the trip will go as usual
• Trip will be cancle if the rain stops at 1.00PM. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule Amendment Policy Changes made at least 72 hour(s) before the activity are free.
• If the trip cancle before leaving the jetty (unforeseen event), you will be given the option to reschedule Amendment Policy Changes made at least 72 hour(s) before the activity are free.
• If the boat already departed from Mersing Jetty and the conditions on the island are not well that can endanger the activity, Boatman reserves the right to cancel the tour. Reschedule date will be given
